After the steps, the path levels out, providing a perfect opportunity to take in the surroundings. This is the highlight of the trail—the suspended deck road. Although it's short, it offers a surreal experience as you walk along a structure that seems to float in midair, anchored to the vertical rock face.
Below, the Seomjin River winds its way through the valley, originating from Deokchi-myeon in Imsil County and flowing past Yonggwolsan Mountain, continuing its journey into Jeokseong-myeon in Sunchang County. The river is framed by layers of mountains, adding depth and serenity to the landscape.
As you stroll, taking in the panoramic views, you'll eventually arrive at an observation deck. Looking down from this vantage point, even the cars in the parking lot appear as tiny as matchboxes, a testament to the incredible height and scale of the scene.
