· 200g beef (tenderloin or sirloin)

· 3 button mushrooms (60g)
· 1/6 onion (30g)
· 1/5 red bell pepper (50g)
· 1/5 green bell pepper (20g)
· 1 tbsp minced garlic (10g)
· 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
· 2 tbsp steak sauce (30ml)
· 1/2 tbsp ketchup (5g)
· 1/2 tbsp mustard (5g)
· Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredient Substitutes:
(1) Green bell pepper → Paprika (if unavailable)
(2) Red bell pepper → Paprika (if unavailable)

3) Cooking Steps

Step 01: Cut the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into 2cm cubes. Slice the mushrooms into quarters. Cut the beef into 3cm cubes.
Step 02: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
